Icecrown Latency

Is there a reason why the icecrown realm having a higher latency that ranges between 200 - 400 MS or even thousands sometimes in comparison to other realms? I have opened multiple clients at the same time for different wotlk realms (at peak & off peak) and the MS were stable on the other realms while going ridiculously high on icecrown so it's definitely not on my end. I had no issues in the past, this issue has recently appeared on icecrown.

I play with 15ms during peak.(Netherlands)
Are you sure it's not from your side?
Are you american perhaps?

Icecrown is really populated.
Maybe it's just dalaran or other main cities that are keeping you from your expectations.
