WotLK Locked Out of All Lvl 80 Dungeons

I cannot enter the level 80 dungeons (forge of souls, pit of saron, halls of reflection) through dungeon finder or in-world. In dungeon finder they are locked and I get a message that says "you are already locked to this instance". In-world I get a message on the screen that says "This instance is closed". I only recently turned 80 and have not entered these dungeons yet. I've used the portrait right-click -> reset all instances. Any ideas? Thanks!

What realm is this on?

frostmourne realm? in that case you need to wait 3.3 patch (that realm is emulating 3.1)

If lordaeron/icecrown, you need to get a quest in Dalaran
