Characters missing

Hi,

I'm back here since a few months but i just figure out that my Icecrown characters are missing.
I don't remenber all my chars but one was level 80.
Maybe i'm using a wrong account but after checked my 3 emails address this is the only account i have found. And in the mailbox of this account i have found 2 mails about donation i made but in "my account" i don't see them.
Do you have an idea of what to do?
