Character restoration doesn't work

Hello, i just deleted the wrong char so i wanted to use the warmane character restoration tool but it says me "You do not have enough coins to purchase character restoration".
However it's written "Characters are eligible for no-cost restore within a 2 day grace period after deletion" at the bottom. So i don't understand because i deleted it few minutes ago.

Could you please help me ?

skullatbash already answered that yesterday, in the thread you edited not long ago saying it was in the wrong subsection.
It wasn't, and his answer is accurate.
