Hi,
a few days ago I was trying to go FoS hc for Needle (I am DK, MS dps). But there was no tank to do that, so I logged DF as tank/dps for specific dung FoS hc. Surprise, it logged so I was happy to be in FoS hc to have a chance to loot the Needle. I was tanking and then I realised, that I didn't ask others If they agree with me as MS dps (my DF role was tank, as you know). So I asked, then I got the answer "NO", "Dont even try to NEED anything for DPS" (this was answer from priest, but whatever). Then i wrote, that i need that needle, so i have to leave this instance, cuz I didn't want to have ID for nothing.
Do they have a right to report me ?

No, not by any rules. Unless you asked for kick or needed the item while tanking you should have no issues whatsoever.

If you left yourself, without asking to be kicked, no.
You're always free to leave RDF at any given point. They could've reported you, if you insisted on being kicked, to negate deserter debuff on yourself.

I didnt roll anything, it was after first group of trash in FoS. I didnt ask for kick, I just leaved instance firstly then have few "nice" whispers with that priest, cuz I was trying to explain him/her, why I logged DF as tank, when I need DPS trink and after few sec i got kick. Then I asked this priest, "what did I wrong?" his/her answer was that, he/she has video and will report me soon.
I was asking what for, but no other answer from this priest, so now i am curious, if i will have ban or what. i read some topics here on the forum about trolls, who report other players for no reason and these players got ban. Thats why i am asking here.

If all you did was leave and take the debuff, without refusing to play and/or demanding kicks to avoid Deserter, there's nothing to report. Either they were trying to scare you or are going to waste a GM's time with a hollow report that would be dismissed.

These few words were only about why I logged as tank. I am trying to be as nice as possible also to players like this one, because I know, that in this game (same as in real life) are players trolling and waiting for your rude answer to abuse it against you.

I left instance (not party) and then was this discussion with the priest, they kicked me during this discussion (it could be maximum 30sec after that I was out of the dungeon). Only the priest was answering also in party chat (other 3 were silence).

In that case, yes, they can report you for disrupting gameplay, as you were still taking a spot in the group while not playing, and you will very likely receive the due ban. You claim it was a maximum of 30 seconds (although it's difficult to picture a discussion with them questioning why you joined in a certain role, which led to a kick, during that little time, I think), but for all we can know it was much longer and they were tied down by you. In the future always leave the party if you aren't staying.

Ye, good idea, next time I will do that, or better, i will not log as tank, when i want to NEED dps items (Although the queue will take an eternity).

Thats the type of thinking most people had that resulted in those set of rules that were created. You queue as a tank for shorter wait times, you roll on tank items. You take your time waiting , you roll for dps :)

Ye, I am doing it this way now. Logged only as DPS and doing achieves during the queue. :)
