WotLK didnt get my item

hello, so i did a dungeon run and i won "Guiding stave of wisdom" but i had inventory full and i didnt get it in the mailbox like i did the "satchel of helpful goods"

what can i do to get the stave now?

If there is no space in your bags, the item remains in the boss and can be looted afterwards. If nobody loots it, it's gone and can't be recovered.
