Paladin quest bugged. Collection of goods.

I see this has been reported here and bugtrackers were made but I see they are all dismissed. Why and what does that mean? Can this quest be completed or not? If yes than what should I do, have I done something wrong? If not than maybe there should be some response/info about it that it will never be fixed so we don't waste time and resources here and in game on this. Let me know please.

EDIT: OK it's fixed, what you have to do is abandon the quest and take it again and you can complete it then, sorry for posting but maybe leave it up for others to see. :)
