WotLK Cant see chat

Having an issue on only one character.

I cant see chat...in the chat window whenever I type or whenever someone is talking to me or to the raid/party/guild...I cant see anything except in raid warnings. I looked at my channels and they all match up with my other toons. I can still see general chat/trade chat and global all just fine. I just cant see everything else...im sure this is a simple fix and I'm over looking something.

Any ideas would be great.

1. disable all of your addons

2. At chat window, right click on "general" (it is next to "combat log") - > Settings ->Click on "Chat Defaults" (it is at bottom left corner) - > Accept
