[ANSWERED]I need help with a bugged quest!!!

I started the quest ,,Battle for the UC'' and it turned out that the quest is glitched and I cannot start it in ANY way... So now my Orgrimmar and UC are instanced and I cannot use anything on there. I contacted the GMs via in-game ticket twice. Both times they said that they couldn't contact me while I was online. I thought that the Game Masters could be contacted 24/7 and that I dont need to wait a few days just to get a response saying ,,F**k you''. So I was wondering if there was any way of contacting them excluding the in-game tickets.

You may contact them on the forum. Best case is however reopening the ingame ticket.
