[ANSWERED]Transfer from outlands (hunters and maybe warlocks)

I transfered my hunter over 24hours ago too Icecrown.

I learnt ALL my spells but i DO NOT have my pet spells:
Tame beast
Revieve pet
And more : etc etc

A GM just sent me a empty ticket saying complete the quest again. (WHEN THE QUEST IS GRAY AND CANNOT BE COMPLETED) >>> My in game name is Dyrezx

and now im stuck again WITHOUT a pet NO spells, AND a broken quest that wont work..

A response ASAP would be great!
