lost characters!!!!!

i recently reinstall WOW havent been on since 2018
i logged into the website to find i dont have any of my characters on this account and my next account
what have me upset is i had alot gear and stuff :(
OrdinHawk (Druid) was one of my character
having him back would be nice
also had a Drakreborn (DeathKnight)
can anyone help meee pleaseeeeeee

inactive characters get flagged for a rename.
So, if you can not see them on website, just check in-game. When you try to enter it will ask to rename the chaarcter
