Buged in website

Dear supp
about 3 days ago i used my point to get change race services in DarkArthas(DK) Hero but when i checked in main menu it was just for Daarthas Hero Its paladin and in hord really i dont need to change race cause it have just one Race at all .
i tried to open an ticket but i think had to open topic here so that i can solve this problem cause it was for website
I have already that change race service on my paladin(Daarthas) yet and didnt use it .

"Race change costs 20 Coins and provides:
- Character's race changed to the chosen race
- Character's race changed to the chosen race
- Race change is completed through the character selection screen in-game
- Race change is irreversible and not eligible for refund"

It says right there, there is no refund.
