Hey guys, im rdy for soloq now, But i can`t figure it out how it works... Where can i Join them Solo`qs ? :D

you can find Soloq npc in Stormwind/Orgrimmar (next to npc for regular 2vs2, 3vs3, 5vs5)
On Blackrock realm you can find it in Dalaran instead.

Btw what do you mean for "rdy for soloq"?
Do you heave at least 1k resilience and some experience in arena? Otherwise you are just gonna cause trouble (bad times) to your random partners.

Soloq is not skirmish.
