WotLK Hair and beard texture missing WotLK (old)

Hi, several hair and beard texture for each race are missing on my installation, and if I tried to go to the barber, after scrolling to some of the options the game would crash. I don't have really good internet to download a whole new installation but I checked the torrent file from warmane (which I also downloaded from) and all the files seems fine. Can anybody help me on this?

This is the error I'm getting:

Try right clicking WoW.exe and going under properties, then untick "Read-only" and set "Run as administrator".
Perhaps those might help with the error. As far as textures go, you're missing some files so I think you'll need to redownload WoW.
