    Mods have already said that VPNs are where most of their headaches and rules-skirting come from, so they just created a blanket ban. It's more pre-emptive than anything.

    That's why. Free VPN IPs are most frequently banned because of advertising, scamming etc.
    Send an e-mail to [email protected] and explain your issue to them.
