How much time must this absurdity persist?

People with 400 mmr difference play while at same time, while if we just wait a few seconds more we could match someone with equal MMR!
I'm tired of playing for 3-4 points while being nervous cus if I lose I get -16!

1600 vs 1900
1500 vs 1980
1700 vs 2100
1800 vs 2050
