What is SlackerTracker?
SlackerTracker is a lightweight addon for World of Warcraft designed to help raid leaders and officers identify slackers in their raid. By tracking specific behaviors such as distance, movement, and combat activity, it calculates a "slacker score" for each raid member, making it easier to spot underperforming players.

Key Features

• Distance Tracking ("Too Far")
  Tracks raid members who are more than 28 yards away from you and adds 1 point to their slacker score for every second they remain out of range.
  
• Out of Combat (OOC)
  Monitors if you are in combat while other raid members are not. Slackers earn 1 point per second for being out of combat while you’re fighting.
  
• Stationary Tracking
  Keeps track of raid members who are stationary while you are moving. Each second of inactivity adds 1 point to their slacker score.
  
• AFK and Stationary Time
  Logs additional data such as AFK time and how long raid members remain stationary during the raid.
  
• Slacker Scores
  Calculates and sorts a "slacker score" for each raid member based on tracked behaviors. Results are displayed in a list, showing who is slacking the most.

The above image showcases the same stats for everyone as it was at the end of a BG. IE cant move

What's important on raids are boss engages. Most guilds allow breaks during trash - smoke, .. While boss encounter starts the combat is auto applied to everyone. Even in dungeons. Doesn't matter where they are. Range tracking is also useless, especially 28 yards, because on some encounters, like BPC or even some LK Phases you will never have everyone in your range 100% of the time.
Excluding all that, meter addon would give you better view on how people perform.


note;Instead using CID' follow/inspect which limits you to 28 yards, you could use specific item' spell range instead, like "Shadow Crystal Focusing Lens" for example which allow you to perform checks on up to 60 yards away.
I got the idea about range tracking, just tip for future projects if you still need to cover big range.

Reaction addon with timestamps would be nice to have tho
eg - slacking; re-application of curses, like tongues when it had to be done, removing enrages of mobs, hope <> tide, dbs off tank taunting and reason for it to be delayed and so

It’s pretty obvious this was made for PvP raids, not PvE. Works great for what it was made for. I would love to see the ideas above implemented to make it also useful in PvE if possible but as it stands works good for things like world PvP raids.
