I am about to buy character on trade with full inventory.
Does it also include emblems and marks like emblems of triumph and stone keepers shards?

It doesn't unfortunately. In "full inventory" only arena points and honor is transfered from the "currency" character tab.

You sure? I sold a character with "full inventory" in the past and it had 94 EoFs. Once the toon was bought, I spoke to the buyer and he told me, that he had received those emblems.
Selling equipment only states: "Emblems are not included".
Selling with full inventory doesn't state that.
So selling with full inventory should include emblems.
http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=408596 I assume they get transfered if you pick full inventory even if there's no way to know if you'll get any or not :X
Too bad it's not stated clearly anywhere in the trade section.

Damn. If I had read the thread you mentioned above back when I tried to sell my first toon, I wouldn't have bothered Mercy or any other users with my questions. Thanks for sharing the link!
Agree. I really wish there were a way for us to see which and how many emblems a toon has in the trade section. I contacted Mercy at the start of March (when I sold my first character) and this was her answer:
Spoiler:Show
"buy at your own risk"
I wondered how to convince other players, that I had actually accumulated 94 EoFs and that I had included those in my inventory instead of selling them for Primos like some people advised me to do. Seeing, that I couldn't prove the existence of those intact emblems in the site, I was ready to do something else:
My former toon was a druid. I had an idea to teleport to Moonglade, to take a screenshot of its inventory and to log out, so that I could put it in trade. If someone wanted to see proof for the existence of those emblems, I would have logged on my toon and screenshot the inventory and the chat with the potential buyer, so that that player could see that I still had the emblems at the time of the conversation. And I would have remained in Moonglade, in order to show them that I couldn't spend the emblems on anything and secretly mail the purchased items to my main.
That was my initial idea. I really thought, that some people would have been suspicious about those EoFs and would have demanded some kind of proof. To my understanding, the removal of the notes in the trade market was caused by the high amount of scammers. Surprisingly for me, no one wanted any proof and I managed to sell the toon within a week. Still, I think there is a way to show others that a toon has certain emblems in their inventory. It's just really convoluted and annoying (being obligated to log out and in, in order to take screenshots, post them on imgur and then to tell the buyer to write down the link and to check the pic on their own), but it's better than nothing.
[edit] After reading my post, I came to the conclusion that I was wrong. There's room to trick someone even in the scenario I mentioned above - someone can just edit the SS and spread false information about the contents of his inventory. So, you can all ignore what I said above. Mercy's warning "to buy [something] at your own risk" holds true.

Yeah, any promises about emblems - just take it as a nice bonus if they are there, not actual criteria of buying a char.
