    Item issue with faction change

    Hello I recently change factions on Frostmourne from alliance to horde. One of my T9 items Velens Handwraps of Triumph, didnt change over to the horde version of the item and now I cant use it. Is there anyway I can get help getting this fixed?

    Try opening a ticket in-game and explain your issue, GMs might help you.
