WotLK cant kick this guy or queue

dude raged because he "wasnt getting healed" after pulling 20+ mobs and training them to healer, now its just me and him in the group and it wont let me remove him or replace the other players

If only 2 people are in the party, you can't kick eachother anymore but you can leave freely without getting a debuff.
