WotLK Is this count as bug abuse, or allowed?

Is using pets to attack people inside the VoA entrance room from outside when the other faction controls WG allowed?
I remember awhile ago a GM told us it counts as bug abuse and bannable by rules, but for the last few months I saw the same guy doing it over and over again, and get reported (with screenshots ofc) by several people each time, yet I never saw him getting banned.
The response from the GMs on the report is always "he will be investigated" to everyone who reported (or at least those who I talked with) which doesn't imply that the action is allowed, but as I keep seeing the guy doing it over and over again, it seems it has no repercussions.

So can I assume this action is allowed, and therefore I can do it too?

Can't see how clipping pets through the door to get kills would be allowed. People properly failed to provide good proof.

I can't speak much of other people screenshots, but I can tell that on the screenshots I took there was no question on what happening there.
I can send them to you on DM if you think you can tell me why they are not enough proof, but I'm pretty sure that posting them here is not allowed.
