Hey, so I was trying to find some cool transmog boots for my pvp set, and I had the Guardian's Plate Greaves in mind.
According to wowhead, the vendor for these specific boots and many other items from the previous expansion, Lieutenant Rachel Vaccar is the vendor. While I did find her, she had a very small variety of items to sell, and the boots I wanted are not there.
Have some items from the previous expansion been deleted from the game? And if yes, then why? It doesn't make much sense to add transmog'ing in the game, but not being able to actually transmog items from an expansion with really nice looking items and item sets.

Some of the items from previous xpacs were removed to reflect the state the way it was on retail in 3.3.5a
It happened about 6 months back

Oh, that's too bad. It would be nice if the removed items were to be brought back. Some of them make for some really interesting transmogs.
