Pandaria Problem with fishing

We can not fishing. No matter where. My friend and i have learning fishing and we have also an Pole. But it does not works.
Can some one tell wy? Its this a bug, or do we do soething false?
The Spell vom the Book, that we use, is in the actionbar.
I was whith my Mage in the Elwyn Forest to fishing. The skill is 75. Is not work. Also with my Druid and my friends warlock. But whith these two Charakters we heave lerned fishing straight and played in Darkshore.

How does that work with the Updates? You have to get download something, or works alone?

you do not need to do anything.

Server gets restarted by the staff to apply the latest fixes. I do not know how often it happens for MoP realm.
