Hello guys, sorry for this silly question, but I'm playing WoW for first time and I love the game really too much. I've reached lvl 80 and I don't know how to continue. Can you tell me please what to do ?

Depends what you want to do. Are raids the main goal, or PvP? Maybe it's time to check your professions as well. Since you are now in phase where you sit in queues a lot of the time. That time is well spent on leveling up professions. If you need to unlock reputation vendors for recipes, enchants, gear, start working on those too while sitting in queues.
PvE Gearing and where to do it:
Below 200 ilvl items: RDF, RDF HC and reputation faction vendors around Northrend. Some BoE can be obtained from AH for relatively cheap.
200-232 ilvl items: ToC, FoS, PoS, HoR on normal or HC. Onyxia 10, OS 10/25.
232-245 ilvl items: ToC 25, Onyxia 25, ToGC* 10 (ToC 10 HC). VoA 10/25 Fire boss. ToC BoE's on AH (crafted & drops).
251-264 ilvl items: ICC 10, ICC 25, ToGC* 25, Ruby Sanctum 10. VoA 10/25 Frost boss. ICC BoE's on AH (crafted & drops).
+271 ilvl items: ICC10HC (LK weapons only), ICC25HC, RS 10 HC, RS25 N/HC.
About VoA: Try to do Fire+Frost runs when you need the gear or emblems. Settle for frost runs if there's no F+F runs.
*You most likely won't make it to any ToGC runs before you've actually out-geared their 10/25 versions. Don't plan around those drops.
ToC/ICC BoE's: Some are expensive, some aren't. Some are useful and some aren't. Don't go shopping blindly, ask for help in suitable class forum for recommendations if needed.
EoT gear 232-245, get ones that you need. Usually 2-piece T9 is recommended, if not 4-piece, but that's not always worth it.

The guy forgot to mention that the item level is displayed when you use the proper addon.

You don't need an addon to see the item level, it's in interface options.
