Hi,

I need to talk with a Game Master about ripping off, i got a mail in game, remember the name and what was in it, it was C.O.D but i didnt know it, if any game master answer this topic i will explain maybe we can return it cuz i got ripped off and lost golds :(

If you have a screenshot you can report it, but you won't get your gold back, so it's a waste of time.

I just whispered him/her and he ignored me, i got that screenshots but dont have SS about the mail :S

This type of scamming has been on the increase for the past few months.
Usually level 1 characters will send you a random reagent in the type of a C.O.D and ask for 1-2k gold.
ALWAYS check every single C.O.D before accepting it. Take better care in the future.

Yea but it was not asking for golds, the name was Announcment and the mail seems that a game master or the game sent it, the letter was 'Thanks for supporting our grateful gaming server etc. - we sent you 2500g and a rare chest for thanking you.. something like that and i didnt know it's a C.O.D and clicked on the item was a small pouch bag and lost 2500g

One does not simply click on a C.O.D mail and lose gold. C.O.D mail require confirmation FROM YOU before any gold is taken from you and sent back to the mail sender. If you take the 5 seconds needed to read the confirmation prompt, you won't get C.O.D scammed.
Best thing that can happen in your case is you report with concrete proof of the scam and scammer gets banned(at least the specific account that committed the scam).
