Hello guys.

A couple of days back, I experienced a sudden crash on my game client where the symptoms are as follows;
1. the skills start to cast a few milliseconds late
2. my skills won't go out at all, nor my chat doesn't show up on the screen
3. Everything stops, literally, and no movement is shown
4. the game goes white and crashes

This has repeatedly troubled me, and yesterday was at its peak. I tried to log back into the game since then, but all I see is 'connecting', and after a few minutes, it bounces me back to the start page with a 'failed to connect 'message.

Does anyone have a solution to the issue I'm having? here are the things I've tried, nothing worked.

- reinstalling a fresh copy of the client
- trying to log in with another account
- using VPN to another country(US, Eroupe..)
- using the hotspot on my mobile phone

i also ran tracert www.warmane.com and tracert logon.warmane.com, both of which showed the exact same result. Every connection fails due to timeout starting from the 4th request all the way up to 30th.

I am desperate to know what's going on here..
