WotLK Under target circle gone

Hi I'm having a problem with red circle under target not appearing. I tried disabling all addons but that doesn't help at all. I think I went thru every possible setting to fix it, hope I missed something. It's really annoying especially when fighting groups as melee. Thank you in advance.

Hello Restoyo, try to mess with the "Video -> Effects -> Particle Density". Put it on high.
