All my characters have been deleted

I was playing a few hours ago before I decided to take a break. Now, when log in it turns out that all my character have been deleted. I haven't shared my password with anyone and this can't be a ban cause I haven't done anything illegal or dishonest. Also, I can't create a ticket because apparently you need an existing character in order to do that so this forum is my only resource.

Please don't redirect me to post this somewhere else because by the time you read this, chances are I would have been waiting for long already. Please reach out to me as soon as you can, I had plans ingame.

maybe you were looking at the character list of a different realm?
Be sure it is "Frostmorune".

Btw, to restore deleted char (between lvl 75-80):

Select realm > Currency:Points/Coins > Character restoration
You should be able to see a list of characters you can restore. (deleted in the past 30 days)
It costs 0 points/coins if done within 48 hours (but this benefit has 7 days cooldown)
