Would be nice to get some kind of notification like an email when my character for sale on the trade finally sells. It's kind of annoying to go to the website and log in just to see if my coins changed at random.

Some of us have spent considerable time making sure we only receive emails that are important to us. I say this in case your point is "I receive 100 spam emails every day so I don't bother to look at my inbox anymore"

Not to mention you get notifications on your phone when you get an email. So yes, email is definitely a better idea of letting user know he sold his character than checking warmane account for coin amount.

How it can be troublesome for you guys to log your account on site? You do it daily for points anyway, so what's problematic in seeing your coins balance at same time?

If you are do "die-hard fan" of notifications, you've got 2 options:
1. Mobile "gaming"
2. Go make your own script to run on PC and check value changes of your page, be as advanced as you want to.
Atm such IMPOSSIBLE BURDEN AND HARDSHIP OF TIERSOME LOG-IN seems to bother very few persons including you.
Don't think that setting up and maintaining such service would be ever discussed among crew, especialy with childish attitude of "it's annoying".
Like realy? Pressing mouse button several times during web-surf is harder than picking up phone of ~200 gramm weight, unlocking, starting mail App and looking for incoming messages?

I used to have a script to vote, but they added the captcha and the requirement to have logged in to vote, and then it seemed too much trouble.

You do know that this can be an opt-in feature? Like 2FA or literally any other email notification thing. Did you know facebook can send you notifications to email? It's opt-in.
Your point #1 is pure nonsense. Point #2 is screwed over by captcha. The "childish" attitude of "it's annoying" is the exact reason we have push notifications, fingerprint/faceid unlocking and so many other thing today so it's not childish at all. You don't need to press any buttons to see a notification popup on your computer, did you know that there are notifications on there too? Unbelievable, I know.
@OP: I see nothing against this, maybe they're trying to send less emails, but they're already sending 2FA so I don't think this would be too much to ask for.

I see the term "user friendly" is unknown to you. You would be a bad web developer.
And no, it does not burden me at all, since I don't sell any toons here. But the fact that this community is SO much against ANY suggestion that would make some part of the community life easier is just funny. But I guess supporting an idea simplifying something for others, but not for yourself, would require not being selfish.
You use your phone only to check a single notification? I thought people use theirs quite frequently for all sort of things and they would be able to check this information additionally to other things they are going to do with it.
Also I assume you don't have any kind of notification when u receive a message from Messenger/Whatsapp/SMS or whatever and rather u check it few times a day to be sure you didn't receive one? Because that is exqctly this situation - checking randomly if you sold your character vs getting a notification the same moment you do. You do realise now how ridiculous your argument is?
