Technical Missing Characters, Unable to post support ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

First of all, I would like to apologise for posting here but it would appear that I am unable to post a support ticket on the main website under any category other than "ban appeal" at this time for some reason. I assure you I am not banned, haven't been and am not planning to be. Please refer to the image attached here: https://imgur.com/7qNuuHt

I am writing to you because I seem to have an issue with my characters. More specifically, some (all) of my low(er) level characters seem to have vanished from my account.

I hadn't logged in to my (this) account in the past ~3 months. (since 24th December 2020). Today, I decided to log in and noticed that my higher-level characters were there but lower levels were missing, including my "bank alt".

Is it possible for you to provide me with some information pertaining to what fate they've met?

To my knowledge, I have NOT deleted them manually.

Two characters that I can distinctly remember are "Bikos" and "Wowpeon". There may have been more, but those 2 ring a bell and are important to me.

Please note that I am referring to my characters in the "Lordaeron" realm.

If you end up finding them, will it be possible to have them be restored?

Perhaps it had something to do with Inactivity Cleanup and Gold Squish for a healthier economy? If your alts had not been played in ages, they may have been removed.

You can check your Account History and see if there's anything odd.
