WotLK User settings reset

Everytime i restart the game, it starts up like a clean install. I get the blizzard intro, license agreement, setting the game resolution, sound, etc. Despite the fact, that i have already played it... Is there any way to resolve this?

Remove WoW from torrent.
Move it to another location.
Right click WoW folder -> Properties -> remove the "Read-only" mark (it has to be an empty box) -> apply it to all subfolders
