WotLK Restore Deleted Character

It's been over two weeks since I was deleting low-level characters, and I mistakenly deleted my main character. Since that date I am trying to retrieve it through the "Services" section and the character is not in the drop-down. I sent more than 4 tickets about it and nobody responds to me. The character meets the restoration conditions. Please I need an answer.

1. It's forum where players are gelping players, for support you have another sub + e-mails.
2. Sorry, what? How can it be so, i mean there is confirmation about deleting, where you type in word. Not to mention that your main character not appearing in drop down, unlike toons, makes zero sence.
And yeah, only way for you is to wait for ticket to be answered or you can try to be annoying spam PM of someone from staf here

That day I deleted 3 characters and in the 3 he asked me to write "delete", that's why I deleted my main. The complaint is there, where they are not letting me recover my character that meets the requirements, and above all the tickets do not respond, it has been 16 days.

It asks me for confirmation even on lvl 9 abandoned toon on other realm. So there is something fishy here IMO.

What you expect me to do, if this "possible" bug doesn't occur on my side?
Maybe you want me to take direct flight to one of Warmane team, knock in door and tell to join Discord with you for resolving this situatiin while threatening with knife?)

Make sure you got right realm, and currency set to points/coins.
