Technical Transfer character frostmoune to Icecrown

Hi,

More than 10,000 gold pieces have disappeared as a result of the character transfer.. What's going on ?

Upon transfer to Icecrown, in order to align with the gold squish, all gold in all containers will be halved.

Widely known information made public weeks ago.

I Logged on to my account today and none of my characters were transfered to Icecrown......... I'm a bit new to this as this was my first full season with Warmane and I knew this season ending transfer was coming, but I am at a loss at what to do to access my 4 lvl 80 toons I was playing on Frostmourne.

Any help would be most appreciated.
