Site cant transfer my characters (frostmourne s-1)

my characters are above level 10 from frostmourne s-1 however i could get my main char to icecrown but after that i couldnt get them it says trade or marketplace not available for frostmourne s-1 what to do??

do you have other characters to transfer? You need to pick "Service".
