Site wrong gift receiver

Hello guys,

Someone send me a gift (coins) but I mistakenly provide him the wrong Realm and I wonder why it sent even if it has an invalid receiver.. My toon has been renamed and transferred to IceCrown from Frostmourne and actually the cause of my confusion..

I can provide a screenshot of the actual transfer..

PS.. I'm new to this forum and if it's the wrong channel/ thread just ignore or delete this..

Let me know if I got a chance to get it back..

I do not know if there is support for this kind of issue but I guess the guy who has attempted to send you coins may open a ticket on website.

Tell him to go here:
https://www.warmane.com/account > support > create ticket > select as category "General enquiry"
(he can explain there that he wanted to gift Coins to a different player)

I don't have that "General Inquiry" in my webUI, the category only shows "Ban Appeal" or maybe i got a low rank or something.. thanks for the reply though..

Send an e-mail to [email protected] in that case.

To be even more clear: Your friend should open that ticket.
