    I lost all my characters

    I haven't played on this account for about 2 years. I was about to get on to play but all of my characters have been deleted...
    I don't understand why...

    did you check in-game or just on website?
    If they got flagged for a rename due to inactivity they are NOT visible on website. So you need to log with a client to set a new name for them
