Technical I have a problem with my points

Hey there!

I've been having an issue with my points, last week I purchased a name change for my main character after collecting my points. Since then, I haven't been able to collect any other points on my account, it keeps saying that I have no points to collect.

My account is in good standing and my rank is Agent so I should be earning 0'5 points per day .

Is there something wrong or am I missing something?

did you get rid of a characters recently? (by deleting them/him or by placing them/him on Trade market)

Edit:
I am asking that because mayebe you do not have anymore the character which allowed you to collect points.
In order to collect points you need 1k Achievement Points on your Account BUT characters on Frostmourne/Blackrock realms are ignored
