WotLK New player: Need help with a game setting issue

Hello, so I recently downloaded WOTLK from here and have been wanting to play on Frostmourne. Problem is: So everytime I launch the game, I have to personalize my settings over and over again. Like, my setting aren't getting saved. Even on login screen, even after I check the Remember Account Name, every time I launch, I have to re-enter my account name. Having to redo my settings on every log in is really tedious. Is there a way around it, it shouldnt be this way right? Every time I launch the trailer plays again and I have to sign the agreements ands stuff, basically it's like when you launch the game for the first time. Could really use some help. Thanks
