Ban with items on Auction House

Until my ban is lifted the items will disappear. Is there anything that can be done?

Nope. Ban is a punishment, and there are some rider effects, such as losing items from AH, if the ban is 30 days +.

I'm pretty sure warmane's policy was to protect your mail items in such cases. Did it change?
