WotLK Cannot log into the server. Says "Connecting"

When i try to log into the server it just says "Connecting" and then it gives me the following message: "Unable to connect. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact technical support at: *random blizzard link* ".

I logged in like 1 hour ago, then downloaded some addons and from there it didnt work. Then i removed them but the problem was still the same... Is there a solution to this or the servers are just dead?
