Hello, my main account being hack, I've sent an e-mail to [email protected] and checked on https://www.warmane.com/account/support (only to find there is no "hack appeal" only "ban appeal"). I was wondering how much time it takes before we have answer (if we have one).
I'm a little worried that my chars will be sold or delete.

The more you push for it the less someone would be willing to answer you here. Just be a good chap and wait like all the rest are for an answer to your mail.

If your account was hacked they may give it back to you, but whatever they do to your characters (sell their stuff, delete them, etc) the staff won't undo; prepare for the worst.

Usually not, but if you consider the amount of people that would/do try to push their cases like that it just adds useless work and ends up slowing down the process. Due to that fact it's commonplace to actually reset your priority every time you push for a faster reply.
