    I can't submit a ticket

    I recently purchased and item off of the store by accident. I had in the past purchased this same item and it is unique. I cannot submit a ticket it will not let me select the item misbuy. This item is now stuck in my inbox. Please help

    Was the item bought with coins? Are you a premium member?
    If it wasn't purchased with coins, it can't be refunded. Point store has no refunds.
    If it was but you aren't premium, send an e-mail to [email protected] instead of opening an item misbuy ticket.
    If it was but you are premium and can't open a support ticket, the 24 hour window for refunds has expired.
