Hello everyone !

So i stopped playing Wow for a while, i wanted to comeback& play again but i found out i was banned for botting, after i sent an email and ban appeal i was unbanned to enter my profile and see my most geared characters naked with all their items gone and 0 gold...

I DID have enabled 2 factor verification which was DISABLED when i was hacked... you can see it in my account history so dont say it could of been easily avoided if i had it, on top of that Someone choose to downgrade my activity rank from Envoy to Agent after i posted my problem here and the topic was easily closed without any discussion.

Once again i ask for help and support politely and for my activity rank to be restored to Envoy as it was yesterday........

If your two factor authentication got disabled it's because whoever hacked you also had access to your email. Seems like your fault again.

Your activity rank was downgraded because you were banned and your account is no longer in good standing. I believe it remains like that for a year.
