Lately it has felt like there is no moderation at all on Frostmourne beyond the occasional bot bans and ninja looters. What about bug fixes for quests? What about people creating characters blatantly called "N*****" and spamming it for hours on end in Global chat?
This must be one of the most successful and well-funded private servers to date. It has been disappointing to find out that, a server I have grown to love, seems to be only supported by the players and far less so by the staff. I have seen bugged quests with reports over 4 years old for goodness sakes... From how many people I've spoken to, I am beyond sure that you are generating healthy amounts of money from this server so what's the excuse beyond only being concerned with the turn-over this server creates?
My questions to the staff are...
Why aren't there more developers being hired if you are unable to fix issues that have been present for years? There are other server cores out there that far exceed this one in terms of bug fixes, active development and core stability.
Why aren't you addressing toxic behaviour on a DAILY basis? Tickets are going unanswered for over a week that involve scamming, toxicity and racism...
The thoughts I am left with after seeing sh** like this happen regularly, is that the staff don't care and that this is a project only interested in generating profit, much alike what Blizzard has become.
I personally feel the staff being overbearing. Wasting their time on banning ninjas, scammers, waisism(and all the other words from twitter), for asking to be kicked in RDF for gods sake. People with real problems have to wait extra day for help.
Anyway, that's their decision to do things this way. It's quite irrelevant how we feel.

In some ways having so many rules means that they eventually get overwhelmed by the amount of tickets. And some of the rules are really stupid. They used to ban people for stream sniping, ffs...
Also, about harassment, racism, etc: no one cares about those things. The people in the receiving end usually amass the evidence of "wrongdoing" and then wield it as a weapon of blackmail.
Isn't the idea that players can't deal with ingame things as they are supposed to, kind of --- demeaning? It is well within players reach to deal with ninjas, scammers and "toxic" people. It's like people need staff member to aim for them when they go to toilet.

This provoked my curiosity. So, wait. Did GMs really ban people for stream sniping? Do you recall what kind of evidence was needed to prove that someone was getting stream sniped and not just randomly ganked by a complete stranger?

This message is not directed at you. You may feel slight discomfort while reading this, but that's life, not everything is sunshine, butterflies or dancing duck memes.
Toxic behavior isn't something that staff can or should be fixing. Players should understand that they have the ways and means to deal with it themselves. Ignore is a function, not just adding to ignore list, but actually IGNORING toxic players. Why get wound up about what somebody said over the internet? Should you really waste your time with that kind of people? You just like to play the victim because that's easy. You could adapt some IRL ways to deal with toxic people. If somebody is being miserable and rude to you, you don't instantly call the police and expect them to arrive within a minute, because you're being a butthurt snowflake who can't deal with other people being rude. You either talk to them, see what's wrong, ask them to leave, or change the scenery yourself. Bet you laugh at Karens when they want to speak with the manager, yet you're the Karen here.
This isn't safeplace. You'll be subjected to ideals, views, language, altercations and situations where you might not feel comfortable, it's not staff's job to deal with your butthurt or fragile self. They have much more worthy things to deal with. Staff should only deal with severe cases of toxicity and racism, not when one guy says one bad word one time, which triggers you so much that you'll say "reported" and make a screenshot and ticket about it. Like really, you make tickets like that? Is it even worth your time? Good job on wasting your own and staff's time with a silly ticket.
So why isn't Warmane's staff addressing toxic behavior on a DAILY basis? They are. There's just too much toxicity/racism to go around and being reported, sometimes when it's not even called for. Grow a thicker skin, learn that not all toxicity/racism happening around you is worth your attention. People shouldn't depend on staff to solve all your issues, you should really consider dealing with issues yourself. If the issue can't be dealt with, then consider approaching staff to seek solution.
About your blizztake:
.. Yeah yeah, everybody are greedy and after money, big surprise! /s
These posts have made me aware that the community is at much at fault as those leading the server. Your acceptance of toxicity and insensitivity toward discrimination is disappointing.

Why not simply discuss it, give some arguments with thread of logic in them. You pose a discussion and then "everyone is at fault" without you even trying to discuss anything or even defend your points.
How was this supposed to turn out in your head? We all join hands and dance around and all the bad things in the world will be magically gone? You are a child, you shouldn't worry about such things, go enjoy the game and just have fun. Not saying this to insult you or anything, but that's how a child thinks.
You can disagree with me all you want. You've not even come close to answering any of my questions, and instead targeted me as the problem. I am happy to debate. I am not happy to have people trying to invalidate my experience.
