Im see ppl in Lordaeron offering Gold for coins, but i dont know is that is legaly

If it's done on the trademarket, it's legal. It's not against the ToS - neither selling coins, nor promoting yourself.

If however a person sells gold/coins for money irl, that's illegal. That said, I don't know whether it's worth to report these people. They appear constantly in /trade and /global chats, and I just ignore them.
