Forum Need to use the stuck feature. but character is not being listed.

Hi.

i was doing a RDF and we decided to kick someone because he was not answering and we were wiping because of him.

the vote kick was completed by the time I was just stepping into the dungeon portal as a ghost, i was teleported to ogrimmar front door innkeeper as a ghost. I need to use the stuck service but the character is on the horde and i only see the alliance characters being listed there. anything I should be doing to see the horde characters listed on the stuck service feature?

btw this is happening on icecrown. only the alliance characters are listed.
