Reports #103030-103034

I was curious as to why several bug reports are completely nonexistent and seemingly wiped from the bugtracker.
I noticed this one:
"Fixed Steam Tonk Controller being able to damage other players with aoe abilities report #103030"
was completely unreachable and while investigating the bugtracker found a small range of them to be wiped from the tracker.

I wondered that aswell. Maybe they purposely hide them so the playerbase can't find bugs to abuse. So basically the report was always hidden from us and only available to devs.
