WotLK Not responding....

When i join pvp battlegrounds the 50% of the time i get this problem:

Whenever i join the battle and there are manny spells/game effects around me it says not responding and it freezes forever! And when i join back the game im kicked out the battleground and i got 15 min ban. Im really getting sick of this and have no idea what is the problem.. Sometimes i got same problem in RDF but mostly on BG's.
Here is my PC info: intel corei7-8700, 16gb ram, gtx 1070TI 8gb. Windows 10 Home OS x64.
Does anyone have any fix to this?
BTW i have nothing in the WOW folder except the addons! I dont use any skin changers or anything that can cause the game to do this.
Also i checked the task manager and i see no problem .
I have played legion,bfa and blizzard classic servers and never had any problem like this so i cant understand where is the problem!

You need to apply Large Address Aware to the wow.exe. That's as much as you can do.
