WotLK Lost password is not working

Hello my friend have created accout a while ago and decided to come back but forgot his password and now he is trying to get his password back but it is not working!
The site says that the password have been send to the email but when he check the email its empty.

maybe his account is linked to a different email address?

Btw he can send an email to [email protected] for support (with as much details as you can provide to prove you are the owner of that account)

Hello! Its an account with only 1 character like level 20 or 30 ish so its not a big problem, but im just saying that the website says that the email was sent with the password but it is not. And no because he is using the same email everywhere and doesnt have any other email. I thing we just gonna wait a littlebit and then gonna create a new account if there is no response email from the website yet. Just good to say that so the staff can check this problem and fix it for the good of the community.
