I got banned ip on the website only i cant go securty and etc.. only ip ban on website its by msitake im sure 100% pls fix that only ban on website but in game my account not banned WTF is that fix this proplem pls....!im wating ur fix

There is never gonna be a thing u got banned for nothing,there is always a reason and it might be mistaken. You can always contact [email protected] , it gonna take a while them to respond but if u 100% sure it was a mistake,email them.
